Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free shipping for Italy.
For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination.
Customs and duties for orders shipped outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that custom pricing may apply for shipping and customs outside the European Union.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination, but typically range from 5-10 business days for standard shipping within Europe and up to 20 business days for international orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@cerafragrance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or scent, please email us at info@cerafragrance.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@cerafragrance.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
